………………………………………………

OHMS Gaming is an enthusiastic company founded by passionate nerds wishing to share their immense vision with the world. The OHMS team combines over a century of gaming experience to create innovative tabletop gaming with imaginative themes which provide high-caliber gaming experiences. Equally important to OHMS is fostering pride in those who’ve already discovered our hobby centric lifestyle and encouraging those who have not to do so, starting with board games.

Why board games? In the age of xbox live, psn, wii network, facebook, texting, and tweeting, people sometimes stumble when it comes to face to face interaction. OHMS Gaming seeks to replenish those staple potions sustaining the nerd world, the games and the community. After all, what good are our games without the community?

Rather than simply being civil, OHMS takes “be excellent to eachother” to heart, even with our products. Through consistent donations to charities from everything we produce, OHMS Gaming will give back to the community making our dreams possible.

With that in mind, check out our flagship games:

Wasteland

Wasteland pits your zombie survival skills against a macro centric simulation of a ruined world for hours of intense play. Up to four players chose one of eight playable factions, each with three unique Visionaries, to suit their wasteland survival style. A gradually revealed and modular hex map is combined with scouting events to shape the unique play experience of each game.

Inspired by games like Fantasy Flight’s Twilight Imperium, Flying Frog Productions Last Night on Earth, and Avalon Hill’s Axis and Allies, Wasteland is sure to satisfy your cravings of crushing your enemies, slaying zombies around you, and hearing the lamentations of your friends!

You can now read the first review of Wasteland ever written at MajorSpoilers.com !

Privateers (Coming Soon)

Privateers takes fleet actions to another level as a fast-paced, persistent and scalable naval warfare game set in an alternate history of the golden age of sail. Two or more players create their own legends of the high seas, sailing for one of five nations or hoisting the jolly roger and bowing to no aristocrat. A modular hex map allows players to campaign against the enemies of their nation anywhere in the world, shaping the destiny of their chosen allegiance.

Such campaigns shape the destinies of those participating, and Privateers immortalizes the player’s crews and fleet through the Captain’s adventure logs. After action reports evolve the men under your command, explaining how they became the legends they are.

So sit back and bask in the rays of our rising sun. Soak them up to feel like you have superpowers, and share them with your friends.
